Fetino
Feta is a well-known white, whole-fat cheese made from an original Greek recipe. Feta cheese is produced from sheep milk, or a combination of sheep and goat milk. In order to reach the well-known taste of Feta cheese, salt is added to all layers during the production.
The maturing process can last from 70 up to 80 days. This way we get the moderately salty and creamy taste of Feta cheese.
