Maestro Cream
The Maestro Cream is created with a process called milk souring. Once the milk has soured, a thick layer is created. It is collected and fermented by adding yoghurt cultures. With its low calorie contents and soft taste, it is an important ingredient for recipes for sauces, dips as well as some desserts.
