Ingredients
- 1kg chicken steak – a bit of flour
- 200g Maestro Krishka cheese – 100g breadcrumbs
- 1 lemon – 100g sesame
- 3 eggs – salt and oil
Preparation
- Cut the chicken in slices
- Cover it with a mixture of 1 lemon, 3 spoons of oil and a pinch of salt. Leave it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Whisk the egg in one bowl. In another bowl, mix the flour, breadcrumbs and sesame.
- Dip each slice of the chicken in both bowls, then put it in a pre-heated pan.
- After they’re fried, served the chicken with Maestro Krishka cheese and lettuce.
