Bruschetta with feta and Maestro Cheese spread

Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette, cut diagonally
  • 200g Fettino
  • 50g Maestro Cheese spread
  • 2 spoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • 6 slices of bacon, cut and fried
  • Cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • Basil

Preparation:

  1. Put the Fettino, Maestro Cheese spread, olive oil, powdered onion, salt and pepper and mix until you get a creamy, soft mixture.
  2. Spread the mixture on the baguette evenly. Add cherry tomatoes, bacon and basil, and serve.
