Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes
- 3 spoons of Maestro Kaymak
- 1 egg
- Maestro Cream
- A pinch of salt
- Parsley
Preparation:
- Wash and cook the potatoes, leaving the peel
- When half-cooked, cut holes big enough to fit the sauce
- Mix the Maestro Kaymak with the egg and salt
- Fill the potatoes with the mixture
- Bake the potatoes on 180C around 15 minutes
- Decorate with Maestro Cream
