Potatoes with Maestro Kaymak

Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 3 spoons of Maestro Kaymak
  • 1 egg
  • Maestro Cream
  • A pinch of salt
  • Parsley

Preparation:

  1. Wash and cook the potatoes, leaving the peel
  2. When half-cooked, cut holes big enough to fit the sauce
  3. Mix the Maestro Kaymak with the egg and salt
  4. Fill the potatoes with the mixture
  5. Bake the potatoes on 180C around 15 minutes
  6. Decorate with Maestro Cream
